Golden Orb Web Spider


It makes one of the largest and strongest webs. 

The web is slightly angled and designed to catch large flying insects. The male are so small than females that many times males are not even noticed by females. They usually don’t bite and their venom is also not harmful to humans. 

Its biological name is Nephila Maculata. It belongs to family of Giant Wood Spider.
